Cultivation Technician

$31,500- $45,000

The Cultivation Technician is responsible for supporting all stages of cannabis plant growth, including propagation, maintenance, and harvesting. This role involves tasks such as watering, pruning, monitoring plant health, and ensuring the cleanliness of the cultivation environment. The technician will follow standard operating procedures to maintain compliance with industry regulations, assist with equipment maintenance, and document plant progress. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, have knowledge of horticulture or cannabis cultivation, and can work in a physically demanding, team-oriented environment.

Assistant Cultivation Lead

$45,500- $65,000

The Assistant Cultivation Lead supports the daily operations of the cultivation team, ensuring plant care tasks such as pruning, watering, and monitoring plant health are completed efficiently. This role assists the Cultivation Lead in training staff, maintaining a clean and compliant grow environment, and ensuring all SOPs and regulatory guidelines are followed. The ideal candidate has experience in cannabis cultivation, strong leadership skills, and the ability to solve problems and optimize plant health. This position requires attention to detail, knowledge of cannabis growing techniques, and a collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Inventory / Fulfillment Manager

$40,500- $60,000

The Inventory/Fulfillment Manager oversees the tracking, organization, and distribution of cannabis products within the facility. Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, ensuring compliance with state regulations, coordinating product fulfillment, and maintaining accurate records in tracking systems. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage product flow from cultivation through sales. The ideal candidate is familiar with inventory management, regulatory requirements, and thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

The Trimmer is responsible for carefully manicuring cannabis plants by trimming excess leaves, stems, and buds to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Trimmer plays a key role in maintaining product appearance, weight, and quality while adhering to company SOPs and state regulations. Ideal candidates have strong manual dexterity, can meet production goals, and work well in a team-oriented, compliance-driven setting.
